Reliable power and clean water, wherever the grid stops.
Chu Energy Solutions helps NGOs, schools, hospitals, and local governments find and evaluate solar, wind, hydro, and water suppliers — replacing costly diesel with cleaner, lower-cost systems that keep running long after installation day.
Our goal: direct a share of profit toward youth education →Diesel is still the default backup — and it's the expensive kind of unreliable.
Across island provinces in the Philippines, rural communes in Vietnam, and last-mile villages in Indonesia, schools and clinics keep the lights on with diesel generators: costly fuel logistics, frequent breakdowns, and emissions nobody asked for.
We exist to make the clean alternative the easy choice — not by manufacturing anything ourselves, but by doing the sourcing, vetting, and coordination work that a school administrator, NGO program officer, or local government unit doesn't have time to do.
One point of contact, from first conversation to running system.
We're the broker, not the factory — so our job is to make sure the right system reaches the right place, and keeps working after we've moved to the next project.
Assess
We learn the site, the power or water need, who'll maintain it, and the real budget — before recommending anything.
Source
We match the project to manufacturers ranked on durability, warranty, spare-parts access, and fit for your region.
Deploy
We coordinate shipping, customs, and local installation partners so the system arrives working, not just delivered.
Support
We stay involved for spare parts, servicing coordination, and the next phase of the project.
Clean power and clean water systems, matched to the site.
Every recommendation is ranked on reliability, warranty support, maintenance needs, and how easy the system is to keep running in a developing-region setting.
Solar Backup Systems
Grid-supplement and full off-grid arrays sized for schools, clinics, and community buildings.
Battery Energy Storage
Lithium storage sized to bridge outages and store solar for use after dark.
Hybrid Solar + Battery
Combined systems for sites that need both daytime generation and overnight reliability.
Helical Wind Turbines
Spiral, vertical-axis turbines built for turbulent coastal and island wind — quiet, omnidirectional, no large propeller blades.
Micro-Hydro Water Turbines
Small turbines that generate power from a flowing stream or river — a strong fit for highland Vietnam and hilly parts of Indonesia and the Philippines.
Water Purification & Filtration
Fixed and gravity-fed systems for schools, clinics, and community water points.
Portable & Disaster-Response Water
Rapid-deploy filtration for emergency response and hard-to-reach communities.
Launching in three countries we know well.
We're building local relationships first, then expanding — not spreading thin across every region at once.
Philippines
7,600+ islands mean grid extension is often impossible. Typhoon exposure makes diesel-only backup a recurring point of failure for schools and clinics.
Vietnam
Rural and highland communes still sit far from stable grid infrastructure, with real appetite for hybrid systems that pair with existing agricultural and community power needs.
Indonesia
The world's largest archipelago — last-mile electrification and water access remain the hardest, most expensive kilometers to serve.
If diesel is your backup plan, we should talk.
Our mission isn't just survival — it's the next generation.
Clean power and clean water keep a community running today. We want to help build what comes after that. As Chu Energy Solutions grows, our goal is to direct a share of profit from every completed project toward youth education in the communities we serve — school fees, supplies, and scholarship support for students in the Philippines, Vietnam, and Indonesia who might otherwise go without.
Longer term, we hope to build this into a standalone charitable foundation focused on the young people growing up in the villages, schools, and clinics we already work in — a goal we're building toward from day one, not an afterthought bolted on later.
